LEEKA’s development and manufacture of access hardware and solutions follow rigorous standards and procedures. Starting from being commissioned to develop an access solution, we work closely with our customers to ensure that the design, prototypes, product tests, production, and delivery meet our customers' requirements.
LEEKA’s access hardware and electronic enclosure parts are made of high-quality raw materials. We use materials, including aluminum alloy, cast iron, zinc alloy from Australia, 304- and 316-grade stainless steel, glass fiber, ABS plastic (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), and EPDM rubber. Our manufacturing principle provides the most cost-effective design and production while ensuring that the parts are high quality and durable.
Right from product design to the delivery of finished products, we use proved quality control tools such as 8D Report, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC to ensure parts are developed in line with the customer’s requirements. Before a mold is made, we must also obtain customer PPAP to confirm that it meets customer requirements.
All products must pass several quality tests before LEEKA can deliver the products to customers with confidence.
